These new Phenolic Squares are carefully machined on state-of-the-art CNC machines for the ultimate in accuracy. Yes, there are always cheaper ways to make anything, but that's not what Woodpecker tools are about. And these squares are no exception. Each one is carved out of a solid block of Phenolic and finishes at 3/4" thick and 1-1/4 wide with 6 long legs.
Four counter bored holes make it easy to nest multiple squares together and also to attach them to fixtures. The laminated nature of Phenolic also makes them incredibly stiff and strong.
Clamping squares are perfect for assembling boxes, drawers, cabinets and any other woodworking joint that is attached at 90 degrees. These perfectly square squares are ideal for assembling picture frames as well.

With a threaded stud installed in both the wedge and toggle clamp, it'll be easy to keep the wedge in the correct orientation and alignment.
