Phenolic TLR Router Plate Triton TRA001

The unique Phenolic Plate is 235mm x 299mm x 10mm thick with three TwistLOCK Rings with 67mm, 25mm and a stepped ring to accept guide bushings. Plates are available pre-drilled for the Triton Router or they can be easily drilled with common twist drills by user to fit your specific router.  All plates include threaded solid starting pin, spanner wrench and (3) rings  All our Router Plates share the same 'footprint', that is a router table set up for a Phenolic Plate can be simply upgraded to any other plate or lift in our range.  This plate has the added feature of being pre-machined to suit the Router Raizer TRA001 kit. Why Phenolic??  Plastics come in two broad classifications, Thermoplastics that can be re-melted for recycling (Acrylics, ABS's etc) and, Thermosetting that have a unique molecular structure that prevents any form of re-melting or sagging.  Phenolic (Thermosetting plastic) a  has been used for decades in the manufacture of transformers and other electrical components, along with many other high stress applications.   Click on image above for more details.
