Over the years sharpening aids have come and in some cases fortunately gone.

All have had shortcomings, that is until Alisam's Sharpening Sled came along, why is it so good?

The sharpening Sled has no contact with the stone or sharpening medium.
no unstable 'Unicycle Guides'

The correct bevel angle is simply 'dialled-up',
no measuring Blade Protrusion to set bevel

The blade is held firmly, both at the correct bevel and at 90 degrees to the stone,
blade is easily aligned perpendicular using the attached alignment guide.

FINALLY, use the full length of your stones.

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3,....4

1) Loosen black handles and set your desired bevel angle using the precise laser engraved index marks. Tighten handles.

2) Place the guide over your sharpening stone.

3) Insert blade, pushing alignment slide up against the side of the blade to ensure a square edge.

4) Tighten brass clamp to secure blade and away you go!


	Alisam Sled Model SS1 75mm wide x 25mm stones The model SS1 is able to straddle stones up to 25 mm thick and 75mm wide. Hone blades up to 6.5mm thick and 67 mm wide. Positive stop detents for setting your bevel angle from 15 to 45 degrees. As in all models, 4 sealed, steel, roller bearings allow for the effortless gliding back and forth. The front rollers 'give' a quarter of a millimetre to accommodate blade material removal during honing. QTY:


	Alisam Sled Model SS2 100mm wide x 6.5mm stones The model SS2 is able to straddle stones up to 50 mm thick and 100 mm wide. Hone blades up to 6.5 mm thick and now up to 75 mm wide! Positive stop detents for setting your bevel angle from 5 to 60 degrees. Honing a “back bevel” on your plane blades to increase the effective pitch angle for that tough, figured board, could not be easier using the new 5 to 10 degree positions! QTY:


	Alisam Sled Model SS3 75mm wide x 6.5mm 9.5mm stones The model SS3 is able to hone chisels, plane blades and now scraper plane blades up to 6.5 mm thick and up to 75 mm wide! Use the SS3 over stones up to 9.5 mm thick and 100 mm wide, or if using the 'Scary Sharp' technique, on a flat surface such as your table saw top or surface plate with abrasive paper or pastes! Positive stop detents for setting your bevel angle from 5 to 60 degrees. 'Back-bevelling' your plane blades could not be easier using the new 5 or 10 degree positions! QTY:
