Woodpeckers Solid Phenolic Router Table (610mm x 820mm)

Seventeen years of commercial grade router table manufacturing experience has led to our newest product, the Woodpeckers Phenolic Router Table.

This new router table delivers unmatched durability and performance. At ¾" (19mm thick), this table will deliver decades of high-use longevity, wear resistance and the ability to withstand a variety of temperature and high humidity environments.

The low friction, high hardness mineral based top layer is one of the features that make the Woodpeckers Router Table unique. Although more costly then PVC, this harder top layer lasts longer and has much better wear characteristics.

The router plate opening is CNC machined to accept Woodpeckers router mounting plates and lifts. A support lip ½" (12.7mm) wide and just over 3/8” (10.00mm) below the surface runs along the entire opening.

(Actual depth is .400" (10.16mm) to accommodate plate leveling screws.)

A combination mitre and t-track channel is embedded parallel to the intended stock feed direction and is secured in place from underneath with machine screws. This attachment approach results in excellent pull-out resistance and the ability to replace worn or damaged track.

Two fence attachment tracks are embedded perpendicular to the miter channel to simplify router fence installation. These tracks are spaced 17" (431.8mm) apart and are directly compatible with Woodpeckers Router Fences.
