• We have prepared this web site from materials made available to us from our suppliers, who generally work in imperial measurements, every care has been taken to convert all dimensions to metric, using 25.4 mm to the inch, however all product dimensions should be verified, prior to use . Professional Woodworkers Supplies cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of dimensions and/or conversions in this web-site.

• All products sold by Professional Woodworkers Supplies are warranted as fit for their stated use. Claims for damaged or otherwise unfit goods must be made within 7 days of receipt, Professional Woodworkers Supplies will not be responsible for any other costs, labour, cutting, fitting etc. 
  
• Router lifts are covered by a 12 months, craft use, replacement warranty, with the purchaser responsible for all freight costs.
  
• All claims must be made in writing and be accompanied by a copy of the original Tax Invoice

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be made promptly on return of the faulty goods or if the cost of return is prohibitive on sighting photographic evidence of the fault.

• Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment was made e.g. Credit Card, Cheque, Direct Deposit etc.

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned goods.  Proof of refund will be mailed, if requested.

• A Gift Certificate may be offered as an alternative to a refund, acceptance of which is at the sole  discretion of the purchaser.

• Professional Woodworkers Supplies (PWS), considers personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail addresses or telephone number, to be private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff or authorised agents, and is used only to market our products or better serve our customers. PWS will not disclose any personal information to other organisations .

Information Collection    When you browse PWS web site, you do so anonymously. Personal information is not recorded by Professional Woodworkers Supplies off our web site, however, we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your name, email address, etc., for purposes such as correspondence, site registration, making a purchase, or participating in online surveys.
