Grahame, I can't let the occasion of my installation of my Incra Precise positioner go past without complementing you for the immediate assistance so readily offered to a frustrated customer.. frustrated only because of his own not following exactly the manual.  Let me say that all is up and running remarkably well ..all I need to do now is to add a few more of the attachments and I'll be at play all day.

My motto has been for such a precision tool, precision must be taken when setting it up.  What has made your service even more outstanding has been the immediacy of your response to my problem this morning, which resulted in my forwarding to you a series of pictures  with my comments in a pdf file. The solution was forthcoming surprisingly within what seemed only minutes of my emailing my request for help. To have a response from your supplier in USA, bearing in mind the time difference, adds new meaning to USA -Australia relationship.

To Perry McDaniel, your service is so refreshing, surprisingly quick, and most welcomed. Not only that the problem was solved immediately with all the clarity that for some reason or another, eluded me as I diligently read the manuals.  Thank you Perry. All I can say is that your business is in good hands with you over there and Grahame at the helm here. Keep up the memorable service. I would like to promise you that your service gets a mention in the Australian woodworking magazines ..though I can't promise you this, I will promise that at our next club show and tell..I'll have quite a lot to tell.

I see more complaints than pats on the back for suppliers and this time I'd like to give a big pat on the back to Professional Woodworking Supplies for speed of delivery, courtesy and general helpfulness.

I recently bought some gear from them that I needed fairly quickly and they were extremely helpful, I will be dealing with them again.

"The attached pics are of an easel I am making for a quadriplegic mouth artist. It allows his carer to move an A3 sheet so that each section of the paper comes within his limited reach. The platen moves left-right, fore-aft, up-down and tilt.

It is completely dependent for function and safety on your T Tracks and UHMW slider blocks, with each axis clamped with your Thru Knobs. These products are brilliant."
