Many of our Suppliers manufacture goods to imperial dimensions. Every care has been taken to convert all dimensions to metric, using 25.4 mm to the inch, however as sometimes the conversions is either Hard or Soft conversions, therefore. Professional Woodworkers Supplies cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy of dimensions and/or conversions.

AUSTRALIA ONLY: - Freight charges are calculated automatically at the check-out stage. They are based both on the value of the order and the delivery Postcode and apply to all products up to 1850mm in length, items longer than this will be quoted individually.

Freight rates apply to orders for an individual customer, not clubs or other group purchases.

Your order will be processed and shipped in 3 to 5 business days (subject to stock being available) you will be advised of any significant delays. Australia Post or our courier will advise you by E-mail as soon as your order has been shipped, please check your E-mails regularly.

You must make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery. If this is not possible you must give us permission in the "Special Instructions" box on the next screen to e.g. "Leave at the door".  Having your parcel left at the door is done at your own risk and we accept no responsibility if the parcel goes missing.  By accepting these terms, you agree to make no claims against us should the parcel go missing under these circumstances.

Delivery drivers are Not able to call to advise of a pending delivery

All products sold by Professional Woodworkers Supplies are warranted as fit for purpose of their stated use and; 
  •  come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law 
  • are warranted as fit for their stated use and will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the product,
  •  are subject to the limitations of abnormal use and includes without limitation, misuse, accident, modification, unreasonable use, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, use in Product-related service, or use after the Product is significantly worn.
All claims must be made in writing or email to Professional Woodworkers Supplies and be accompanied by a copy of the original Tax invoice. If the goods are faulty, DO NOT return any goods without prior consent of Professional Woodwork Supplies.

Claims for lost or miissing items muust be lodged in writing within 14 days of the items being delivered. either to the listed delivery address or the ourchasers PO box if applicable.

All return of goods for repair or refund must have prior approval of Professional Woodworkers Supplies (PWS) where we will provide you the return address. 
  • The Purchaser shall pay for the freight costs to return the goods, unless in the unlikely event of faulty goods need to be returned or otherwise agreed to by PWS.
All refunds shall be subject to the prior approval of Professional Woodwork Supplies and;
  • Refunds will be normally processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned goods.  Proof of refund will be mailed, if requested. 
  • All goods shall be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and the like
  • Refunds will be made on return of the faulty goods or if the cost of return is prohibitive on sighting photographic evidence of the fault etc. 
  • ‘Change of Mind’ refunds are only accepted if agreed in writing prior to purchase and must be returned in a saleable condition. 
  • A Gift Certificate may be offered as an alternative to a refund, acceptance of which is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.
